RULES & SUGGESTIONS
1. Route selection is personal; everyone can choose the route they want.

Suggestion: Objectively assess which routes you can do day by day. This will give you an important idea of ​​how you should spend each day.

Absolutely remember that the week is very long.

You don't have to choose the easiest route every day, nor do you have to choose the most difficult route every day. See how you feel; resting when you feel tired is the best option.

You can also choose options designed for rest and easier days when needed.


2. On main roads, regardless of which route you choose, the entire group must move together. Once you enter village roads, everyone can ride at their own pace.


3. Each rider should carry basic equipment to address any problems specific to their bike. If you are unable to intervene, you can post to the camp's private WhatsApp group and request support.


4. Each rider can choose to ride at their own pace and push their own limits.

Suggestion: Try to stay with people at a similar skill level to yours. Ride at your own pace on inclines and sections where you want to push yourself, and wait for your group or friends after you've finished your exertion. This creates a safer riding experience.

Of course, not liking or preferring to wait is also an option. Keep in mind that in this situation, you are solely responsible for the journey.


5. Nutrition during the ride is the athlete's own responsibility.

Suggestion: Prepare and bring with you any necessities you will need during the camp, such as gels, bars, jelly candies, carbohydrate powder or electrolytes.

Finding a market may be difficult in some parts of the routes. Be sure to bring a significant portion of your daily necessities with you.


6. We will follow the hotel's meal schedule.

Suggestion: On some days, we may miss lunch due to the long rides. However, you can always find something to eat at the hotel.

Make sure your first meal after the ride is carbohydrate-rich.

Choosing relatively easily digestible protein sources for dinner and limiting desserts can improve your sleep quality.
